   -Have good painting skills and be able to perform accurate painting operations according to requirements.

   -Familiar with the characteristics of various coatings and able to select appropriate coatings according to product requirements.

   -Having a certain level of painting knowledge, able to choose appropriate spraying methods based on the surface condition of the product.

   -Having a good team spirit, able to support each other with colleagues and work together to complete tasks.

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for painting the surface of various products, and carry out spraying operations according to drawings and standards.

2. Participate in quality control during the production process to ensure that painted products meet the company's quality standards.

3. Debug the painted products to ensure that their color, gloss, and other performance requirements are met.

4. Regularly maintain and upkeep spray painting equipment to ensure its normal operation.

5. Work closely with team members to jointly solve problems encountered during the production process.

6. Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.
